Max adults and children — set once, applied everywhere
Tell the system how many adults and children each property can host. The guest portal's ID verification stops at the right number, the reservation form caps at the right number, the IFA calculation uses the right number. No more hard-coded UUID branches — just a tidy dropdown on the property edit page.

Garage hours, check-in defaults — once, not per booking
If your property has a garage that opens 14:00–10:00, set it once on the property. Every reservation inherits that window; the guest portal shows the right hours; the system disables the parking page when garage isn't booked. Override for a specific guest if you need to. The defaults do the work the other 99% of the time.
